Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made-to-order. Production takes 2–7 business days, after which your order is shipped. Estimated delivery times by region:
• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £90.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are unable to predict what these charges may be, as they vary by country and order value. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Which countries are most likely to charge import fees?
EU countries: VAT applies to all orders entering the EU regardless of value. You may be charged VAT on delivery.
USA: Orders under $800 USD are generally duty-free (de minimis threshold).
Australia: Orders under AUD $1,000 are generally GST-free at import.
Japan: Orders under approximately £77 in value are generally duty-free.
Canada: Duties may apply depending on the product type and order value.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned?
If a parcel is returned to us due to refused customs fees or failed delivery, we are unable to offer a refund on the original order as all products are made-to-order. Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking measurements carefully before ordering as all sales are final for sizing issues. If you’re unsure, contact us before placing your order and we’ll help you choose.

Do your products run true to size?
Sizing can vary by product and style. Please refer to the individual size guide on each product page for the most accurate guidance.

Print Quality & Products

What print quality can I expect?
We use premium direct-to-garment (DTG) and sublimation printing techniques to ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints. All products are printed by trusted fulfilment partners who meet our quality standards.

How should I care for my printed items?
To preserve print quality, we recommend washing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and avoiding tumble drying where possible. Do not iron directly on the print.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it within 30 days. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name and email address and we’ll look into it.
