At Casandra – The Garden Palette, all of our products are made-to-order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every product is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Items that have been used or washed
