Made-to-Order Products
All our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via the store contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will review your request and, if valid, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us via the store contact form. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship the item.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
