Production Time
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary depending on your location:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Other international locations: 7–15 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to customs, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- FREE shipping on orders over £75 (for eligible countries)
- For orders below £75, shipping costs will depend on the destination and weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via your Shopify account. You can use this to follow your order’s journey until it arrives at your door.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
